re:verse provides access to regulated services through a programme managed by HOPPACARD d.o.o. (Slovenia, reg. no. 9221638000), owned by Hoppa Global Holding BV (hereafter "Hoppa"), under the Hoppa group's agreements with the licensed institutions named below. HOPPACARD d.o.o. is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution or crypto-asset service provider.

For users in the European Economic Area, payment services are provided by Equals Money Europe SA (Belgium, enterprise no. 0849.185.510, Avenue Louise 54, Suite 52, Floor 4, 1050 Brussels), authorised by the National Bank of Belgium. Dedicated IBANs are issued by Equals Money Europe SA.
For users with a UK market account (GB IBAN), payment services are provided by Equals Money Plc.
